Yoga classes and
Private Yoga classes

 

Small in participant spaces but mighty in movement and mindfulness our yoga classes are kept to under 10 clients in order to create a sense of relaxation, belonging  and a connection with your instructor. 

 

Small numbers allow the instructor to help you get the most out of your moments of movement and with a focus on alignment continue to help you develop and refine your practice.

 

A sanctuary is created in the space with all mats and small props provided so that you are able to walk in from the street and into a space designed to quieten the senses and focus on practical elements of the yoga asanas to translate to daily life.

 

Our class styles are based on the flowing sequencing found in Vinyasa style yoga.

 

Our knowledgable Instructors will take you through beautiful flowing sequences to challenge your body, bring awareness to your centre and awareness to the rich heritage of yoga.
